EXPATRIATE/LOCAL BIOLOGY TEACHER  2014-2015 SCHOOL YEAR

Teaching in the high school, the Biology teacher will be responsible for teaching Biology to a variety of High School levels. This position is open for expatriate or local candidates.

Required

• S1/S2 Bachelors or Masters degree minimum in Biology/Science Education or related field
• Excellent standard of English
• Experience teaching Biology in English at high school level
• Excellent communication skills and a positive and caring approach
• Respect for diversity; religion, race, and gender
• Experience with IB PYP, IGCSE, A Level or GAC curricula
• Energy and Passion for Teaching and Learning
• Willingness to take on an additional extra curricular duty or club
• Desirable Traits
• A proven track record of training students for success in science competitions
• A proven track record of creating and successfully running science events
